RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
- You may return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- If a product from Plasmetics Healthcare is found be to faulty, please notify plasmetics healthcare on
0423 942 414 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt.
- If you wish to return a product that is not faulty:
You must return the item within 30 days
The item must be unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
*Please Note - due to intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing after the packaging has been opened. We ask that you double check your measurements to ensure the size of the garment is correct before opening the packaging seal. Our post operative and compression garments are worn against the skin and over surgical sites to ensure high standards of hygiene we do not accept returns once opened.
- Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Plasmetics Healthcare does not supply shipping for returns. all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- No return or exchange for discounted sale items, unless faulty.
- Custom ordered garments are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Our warehouse is Monday - Friday operation, subject to public holidays.
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order from plasmetics healthcare is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
